Contract: Permanent

Hours:  Monday- Friday 8am - 4.30pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.  Overtime and weekends as required.

Location:  Salford Priors Raspberry Farm, Orchard Farm, School Road, Salford Priors, Worcestershire

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Assistant Farm Manager to support the Site Manager in overseeing daily farm operations, ensuring efficient workforce coordination, quality control, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

You will be a dedicated and experienced individual who is passionate about agriculture and possesses strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in farm operations and effective people management.
