Vacancy:      Production Supervisor

Reporting to:  Production Manager

Contract:      Permanent

Hours:  44 hours per week, Sunday till Wednesday

Location: Orchard Farm, School Road, Salford Priors

Job Purpose: To supervise the daily efficient production of fruit throughout all lines.

About the role

We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to assist the supervision of daily efficient production of fruit throughout all lines. The role reports to the Production Manager and will be responsible for assisting the recruitment, management and development of the production team in accordance with our company values, policies and procedures; ensuring production requirements are met through appropriate staff cover; and the effective packing of produce to customer specification, maintaining a right-first-time approach. About you

Packhouse experience and proven track record in process improvements are essential in addition to being a team player.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
