Vacancy:          Warehouse Operative (Yard)

Contract:         Permanent

Reporting to:    Warehouse Supervisor

Hours:              35 hours 15th May – 14th October, 45 hours per week 15th October-14th May, over 5 days, to include one or two days at the weekend.

Location:          Orchard Farm, School Road, Salford Priors

Job Purpose: To move material in and out of Salford Priors site effectively and efficiently and maintain all areas of the yard and cardboard bailer machine.

About the role
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative (Yard) to ensure all incoming deliveries are unloaded in a safe and timely manner. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and ensures the yard area and packaging fridges are kept safe and tidy at all times.

About you
Fork Lift License is essential in addition to the ability to priorities your workload. Effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential.
