The Role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring products are packed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Carrying out equipment checks and basic adjustments
• Maintaining quality, food safety and hygiene standards
• Minimising downtime and reporting issues promptly
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machine operating experience is desirable but not essential
• A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Flexibility to support operational needs, including weekends
