Three Engineers Achieve Level 3 Qualification Following Three Years of Dedication

Three members of the Angus maintenance team are celebrating a major career milestone after successfully completing their apprenticeships and achieving their Level 3 Qualification as Electromechanical Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technicians.

Congratulations to Daniel Padeanu, Marcin Kluska and Madalin Ionita, whose achievement marks the culmination of three years of hard work, commitment and professional development.

Achieving a nationally recognised engineering qualification is a significant accomplishment in its own right. However, what makes this success particularly impressive is that it has been achieved while continuing to play an active role in supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to major projects across the site.

Throughout their apprenticeship journey, Daniel, Marcin and Madalin balanced the demands of their roles with classroom learning, practical training, mock examinations and end-point assessments.
The achievement also reflects the support and teamwork of the wider maintenance department. Successful apprenticeships rely on collaboration, mentoring and a culture that encourages learning and development, and the wider team played an important role in creating opportunities for their colleagues to succeed.

This achievement is not only a proud moment for the three newly qualified engineers, but also for the entire maintenance team whose support and teamwork helped make it possible.
Congratulations to Daniel, Marcin and Madalin on this outstanding achievement and to the wider maintenance team for their continued support and commitment to developing talent across the business.
