Ingredients
- 50 ml chapel down gin
- Small handful of fresh blueberries
- A few mint leaves
- Bottle london essence classic tonic
Method
- Add blueberres and mint to tall glass
- Fill glass with ice
- Add gin and pour in tonic
- Gently stir and lift blueberries and mint through drink
- Garnish with a few blueberries and a sprig of mint
