Hip Hip Horray!! The Scottish Karaka Black season has started early! These mammoth-sized, dark black shiny berries are exceptionally sweet with excellent flavour. Delicious in desserts, jams and preserves, and excellent for freezing. The usual seasonal window is X- Y but this year they have arrived a little early – all the better as this means we can eat them for longer!
