Angus Soft Fruits along with Angus Growers, have a number of packing sites based across Scotland and England to ensure all our fruit, both imported and domestic is quality controlled, stored, packed and dispatched efficiently and ensuring the highest quality fruit reaches the end customer.
In Evesham, England we have 4 chilling storage areas kept at different temperatures specific for each product type and a packing area with 9 packing lines and 2 BBC Blueberry optical colour and soft sorting graders. All packing lines are installed with checkweighers, heat sealers and thermal printers.
The entire production process operates on the Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, based on the Codex Alimentarius HACCP principles. This system supports our goal of supplying consistent high quality fruit to our customers.
