Blueberry and Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:

120ml plain or vanilla yogurt
160g fresh blueberries
1 banana, peeled and roughly diced
2 tablespoons honey
4 fresh mint leaves
6 ice cubes

Method:

1) Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth
2) Pour into a tall glass and serve.
