Our Salford Priors Team ‘The Angus Wolf Pack’ are taking part in the Autumn Wolf Run Charity Event on 3rd September in Warwickshire to raise funds for their chosen charity Acorn Children’s Hospice.
Acorns dedicated teams provide specialist palliative care for babies, children and young people, and support for their families. This support is offered from our three hospices, based in Worcester, Birmingham and Walsall, and in the community.
The Autumn Wolf Run is an exciting, fun, and highly rewarding obstacle-based challenge with an option of a 5k or 10k route.
The strong team of 16 have been training throughout the summer on the run up to the event and everyone is looking forward to what will be a fun day!
Since signing up to the event, the Salford Priors team have been engaging with Acorn Children’s Hospice, learning about their charity through talks and are attending their volunteering day, by helping to tidy their garden.
