We are proud of fostering a workplace that nurtures inclusion. As of 2024, an incredible 52% of our workforce are women, each contributing significantly to our success. With representation at all levels and in all business areas, 40% of our Senior Leadership Team are women, with two members joining our Board of Directors in 2023.
Today, we have been celebrating the International Women’s Day campaign ‘Inspire Inclusion’ by getting together across all our sites to enjoy some sweet treats and raise awareness of women’s social, cultural, and political achievements. Today serves as a powerful reminder of the progress made towards gender equality and highlights the work that still needs to be done. It also emphasises the importance of diversity in leadership and decision-making positions in the workplace. By championing inclusion, we can harness the full potential of diverse perspectives, leading to better decision-making and innovation.
