Bangkok Mess


  • 1 pint of double cream
  • 1/3 punnet of your favourite berry!
  • Crushed 25g cashew nuts / crushed digestive biscuits
  • Mint leaf garnish & 3 mint leaves chopped.
  • Tropical sugar (prepared with Marga-Berry-Rita Cocktail)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.


  1. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff peaks are formed.
  2. Layer the whipped cream with the crushed nuts, tropical sugar, chopped mint and berries in the serving glass.
  3. Garnish with mint and remaining berries.
