- 1 pint of double cream
- 1/3 punnet of your favourite berry!
- Crushed 25g cashew nuts / crushed digestive biscuits
- Mint leaf garnish & 3 mint leaves chopped.
- Tropical sugar (prepared with Marga-Berry-Rita Cocktail)
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.
- Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff peaks are formed.
- Layer the whipped cream with the crushed nuts, tropical sugar, chopped mint and berries in the serving glass.
- Garnish with mint and remaining berries.
